For the Highchair Chef iPhone app · Last updated 27 October 2026
Draft. This page is not final and will change before Highchair Chef launches.
These terms are between you and Simple Software Technologies, LLC ("we"). Highchair Chef is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it.
You must be an adult parent or caregiver to use Highchair Chef.
Highchair Chef is an educational and record-keeping tool for parents introducing solid foods. It helps you log what your baby tried and decide what to offer next.
Highchair Chef does not provide medical, nutritional, allergy or feeding advice, and it is not a substitute for your baby's doctor or another qualified health professional. Always talk to your baby's doctor about starting solids, allergens, choking risks, growth or any health concern. Food guidance in the app is general and may not suit your baby.
If your baby is choking, has trouble breathing, swelling of the face, lips or tongue, repeated vomiting, or any other sign of a serious reaction, call your local emergency number (for example 911 in the US) immediately. Don't use the app to decide what to do.
Photo analysis results are automated estimates and can be wrong. Check them before relying on them. Photo analysis has fair-use limits (daily, monthly and for imports), may be briefly unavailable when the service is busy, and only runs with your permission.
Your records and photos are yours. You are responsible for the photos and notes you add, including having permission from anyone else who appears in a photo.
Use the app for its intended purpose. Don't misuse, overload, reverse-engineer or try to get around the limits of the photo analysis service.
Highchair Chef is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those in Apple's Standard EULA, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app's content or photo estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law], except where the law of your country of residence gives you protections that can't be waived.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
